Our program works because everyone agrees to the same standards. Review what's expected before applying.
Employment & Income
- Maintain a reliable, verifiable source of income.
- Full-time, part-time, or approved income source.
- Provide proof of income upon request.
- Report any loss of income immediately.
Program Fee & Finances
- Program fee paid on time, weekly or monthly per contract.
- Residents budget and manage personal expenses.
- Non-payment may trigger program review or removal.
Substance-Free Environment
- No illegal drug use on or off property.
- No possession of illegal substances or paraphernalia.
- Alcohol fully prohibited.
- Drugs fully prohibited.
Behavior & Conduct
- No violence, threats, or aggressive behavior.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruption.
- Respect staff, residents, and the property at all times.
Guests & Visitors
- Visitors only during approved hours (11am–7pm).
- No overnight guests.
- Residents are responsible for their guests.
Cleanliness & Shared Space
- Keep personal and shared spaces clean.
- Cleaning schedules or chores may be assigned.
- Regular inspections may be conducted.
Program Participation
- Attend house meetings as required.
- Participate in check-ins and progress reviews.
- Remain cooperative and responsive to staff.
Legal Compliance
- No illegal activity of any kind.
- Comply with probation/parole requirements if applicable.
- Report any new legal issues immediately.
Length of Stay & Transition
- Designed as temporary, transitional housing.
- Residents actively work toward independent housing.
- Progress reviews may determine continued stay.
